Summary of Benefits
Insurance
Health: VIA offers comprehensive medical (PPO), dental and vision coverage to eligible employees who work 30 hours or more per week.
Life and AD&D: VIA provides employees with basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance equal to two times an employee’s earnings up to a maximum of $600,000.
Disability: In the event of an injury or illness, long-term disability insurance is available to eligible regular employees.
Financial Programs
401(k) Savings & Investment Plan: Regular employees are eligible to participate in VIA’s investment program immediately upon hire by investing their pre-tax income into the Company’s 401(k) Savings plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125 & 132 Plans): Regular employees are eligible to set aside pre-tax income for out-of-pocket medical, dependent care expenses and transportation/transit expenses.
Employee Stock Option Plan: Regular employees are eligible to receive incentive stock option awards.
Time Off Benefits
Paid Time Off: Regular employees have the flexibility to manage their time off from work through a Paid Time Off account.
Holidays: Regular employees are provided with 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
